Sales Representative (Injection Molding & Blow Molding)

Annual Salary: 

RMB 300,000 – 500,000

Specific Requirements:

1. Age 22–35, college degree or above.

2. Minimum 3 years of business development experience, including at least 1 year of business development experience in the injection molding or blow molding industry.

3. Familiar with basic workflows related to sales/business development.

4. Proficient in Microsoft Office software; strong learning ability and high adaptability.

5. Responsible, team-oriented, compliant with company regulations, and willing to follow the arrangements of supervisors and managers.

6. Upright character, honest and trustworthy, in good health, and able to work under pressure.

Job Requirements

Familiar with the overall debugging and troubleshooting of fully automatic hollow blow molding equipment, able to independently adjust blow molding process parameters;

Have practical experience in the production of chemical packaging drums and HDPE blow molded bottles, familiar with mold disassembly, maintenance, and repair basics;

Understand the production standards of hazardous packaging products and be able to cooperate with quality control to adjust processes to solve problems such as falling, leakage, and uneven wall thickness;

Can complete daily equipment inspections, 5S management of production lines, and record process parameters;

High school diploma or above, with over 2 years of practical experience in blow molding machine adjustment, able to adapt to two shifts.

Job Requirements

Proficient in adjusting fully automatic injection molding machines, proficient in the molding process of solder paste bottles and tin wire spools for plastic parts;

Independently complete mold disassembly and assembly, hot runner debugging, and improve injection molding defects such as shrinkage, feathering, and deformation;

Understand the characteristics of HDPE plastic raw materials and adjust parameters such as temperature, pressure, and firing rate according to product requirements;

Daily equipment maintenance, production line process recording, and coordination with the workshop to ensure stable mass production;

High school diploma or above, with at least 2 years of experience in injection molding and machine adjustment, accepting workshop shifts.
